The Telephone Banker Authorization Agreement (“Agreement”) provides the terms and conditions for the American Bank telephone banking service, Telephone Banker (“Service”).
In this Agreement, the terms “you” and “your” refer to each person applying for or using the Service; the terms “we”, “us”, “our” and “Bank” refer to American Bank.
The Bank agrees to honor telephone requests to transfer funds from a checking, savings, money market or consumer line of credit account(s) (“Account”) to any related accounts as so determined by Account Owner(s)
subject to the terms and conditions set forth below. This Agreement is limited to transfers to and from accounts at the Bank and does not govern payments to creditors or other third parties outside the
Bank.
You agree and acknowledge that all Account Owners, Authorized Signers and all other persons who are authorized to withdraw funds from or otherwise access an Account will have authority to use the Service
authorized in this Agreement and that the Bank is not responsible for denying access to the Service, or denying a request to transfer funds by any person who does not provide the Personal Identification
Number (“PIN”). Each Account Owner or Authorized Signer will be issued their own initial PIN.
The initial PIN will be established by the Bank. IN ORDER TO ENSURE THE SECURITY OF YOUR ACCOUNT INFORMATION AND PREVENT UNAUTHORIZED TRANSFERS FROM AN ACCOUNT, IT IS REQUIRED UNDER THE TERMS OF THIS
AGREEMENT, AND YOU AGREE TO IMMEDIATELY AFTER YOUR ACCOUNT IS ACTIVATED WITH THE SERVICE CHANGE THE INITIAL PIN TO A NUMBER NOT KNOWN TO THE BANK. The system is set up so that after you change the initial
PIN, no one other than you, not even the Bank, will know your PIN. The Bank will not be responsible for unauthorized transfers which occur as a result of your failure to change the initial PIN.
You authorize the Bank to draw against your overdraft protection account attached to your Account(s) subject to this Agreement, when necessary to fund Account transfer requests hereunder. If you have a line
of credit, you must refer to the Line of Credit Agreement for information on finance and other charges that may arise in the event of such draw against the line of credit.
This authorization will be automatically revoked upon the happening of either of the following events: 1) You are no longer an Account Owner or Authorized Signer on the Account(s); or 2) The Account(s) is
closed.
This Agreement, your use of the Service, and all telephone requests for transfers from Account(s) are subject to all applicable banking laws, government regulations, recognized banking customs, the Bank’s
fee schedule in effect at the time the Service is used, and the terms and conditions of an Account relationship set forth in the terms and conditions of your “Important Information About Your Account”
agreement and disclosure statement, as amended from time to time (the “Account Agreement”). Requests for transfers will be accepted only as specified in that portion of the Account Agreement called
“Electronic Fund Transfers”. You will be liable for any unauthorized transfers hereunder to the extent allowed by applicable law.
By utilizing this Service you accept this Agreement and acknowledge receipt of the Account Agreement which includes the “Electronic Fund Transfers Disclosure”, and acknowledge understanding of the contents

This Agreement may be modified and/or terminated at any time by the Bank upon notice to you and you understand that it will terminate automatically without notice if you are no longer an Account Owner or
Authorized Signer and all Account(s) are closed.
