American Bank is pleased to offer our Visa Business Credit Card and Visa Business Check Card customers Visa Information Source Select, a convenient new service that will provide our business customers the information they need to help them manage their business.
Visa Information Source Select, provided free of charge to all business customers with American Bank Visa Business Check Cards or Visa Business Credit Cards, enables businesses to effectively manage and monitor their employees' business check card and credit card expenses through a combination of five standard reports, which are sent automatically via email. In addition, Visa Information Source Select offers a wealth of features and benefits, including:
- Monitoring expenses on a regular basis.
- Receiving bill payment notifications and reminders for recurring charges.
- Scheduling email delivery of data exports.
- Setting custom email and online reminders.
- Keeping track of employee expenses.
- Downloading transaction data into financial software, such as QuickBooks and Quicken.
- Catching discrepancies or unusual spending patterns.
- Receiving reports monthly, quarterly or yearly via email-plus historical reporting up to 25 months.
- Choosing customized reports, formats, frequencies and distributions.
American Bank's Visa Information Source Select offers detailed spending analysis for eight merchant categories including Business Services, Materials and Supplies, General Merchandise, Travel, Lodging, Meals and Entertainment, Vehicle and Cash Advances. Business customers can choose any combination of the five standard reports and customize them to meet the unique needs of their business. Click on the name of each report to view a sample of that report:
- Cardholder Summary: Summarizes total spending for each registered card by calendar month within eight merchant categories.
- Cardholder Detail: Displays details of every purchase for each registered card by calendar month and merchant category, including date, amount, merchant name and location.
- Company Summary: Reviews combined spending for all registered cards by calendar month within eight merchant categories.
- Spending Summary: Details card spending at specific types of merchants, including period and year-to-date totals plus average monthly spending.
- Spending Detail: Provides information about card use at each merchant, including period and year-to-date totals plus average monthly spending.
